How are the Democratic platforms not equivalent to socialism?
I keep hearing from Democrats that they are for the free market, capitalism, etc. YET their policies say exactly the opposite. So please explain to how Democratic policies are not socialistic. PS – I do not support the Republicans either.

Why did the Democratic Party remove “Abortion should be safe, legal, and rare” from their party platform?
